1. Case color is determined by what is needed to close case.
a.Cases highlighted in Green represent a case with all checklist items satisfied but the case is still open past it's deadline date. The regulatory requirements of resolving the case for the customer have been met, but the case is kept open due to such issues as arbitration, etc.
b.Cases highlighted in Blue represent one or more Pre-authorized transactions within the case.
c.Cases highlighted in Bold Black represent the case are in use by another employee.
d.Cases highlighted in Red represent a case that has passed its deadline date and still has checklist items not satisfied.
e.Cases displaying a Bulls Eye are not passed their deadline date but still have check list items yet to be satisfied.
f.Cases are prioritized by their color. (ie... Green over Blue)
In this update the case priority has been reversed making Green the priority case type.
