1. Abbreviated Debit Card # GL Transaction description option

 

A new option was added to the list of available options that provides for an abbreviated version of the Debit Card No.

 

 

Using this option will add DC: 1234 to the GL transaction description, where 1234 are the last for digits of the Debit Card.

 

2. Added manual entry of MC Code and POS Entry mode

 

New information was added to the dispute data that allows for assignment of the MC Code and POS entry mode of a disputed transaction.

 

 

The information is however manual data that needs to be added to the dispute if this information is to be tracked.

 

3. Added double-click in the Dispute grid to active Dispute Edit

 

To speed up access to the dispute information for edit, a double-click functionality was implemented on the dispute grid.

 

4. Added CTRL-E to active Expanded Dispute dialog

 

To speed up access to the expanded dispute view, CTRL E anywhere within the Case History screen will active the Expanded dispute view.

 

5. Easier access to Host Transaction filter list

 

To provide easier access to the list of transactions code to be filtered during transaction lookup on the core system, access to the functionality was added to the RegE Setup / Transactions tab.

 

 

6. Search functionality for Branch cases

 

Search functionality was added to the Branch Case import screen. The search will automatically search for the entered information among the four columns listed.
