1. Inventory grid has been updated to show at-a-glance when a case has been completed but is still open past the deadline date.

 

There are circumstances where a case might stay open beyond the case Deadline date such as waiting on Merchant Credits or the result of arbitration. As long as all Regulatory E requirements have been met, i.e. Customer Credits and Resolution Letter, the program now highlights such cases differently then those that are still missing some of the RegE requirements by the Deadline date. Cases that are "completed" but are still open by the Deadline date are now marked in green, cases that are still missing one or more of the RegE requirements will continue to be highlighted in red.
