SYSTEM ACCESS

 

The Web based Branch module provides the ability to initiate the dispute case at the customer service point.

Access to the system is limited to valid users within the RegE system. Integration with MS Active Directory is available to use the users network login credentials to gain access to the RegE system. Once valid credentials have been provided, the main menu of the system will be displayed.
