1. Selective export of dispute details based upon Letter type

 

For the specially designated form letters of ProvCRLtr and PermCRLtr, the program will now export only the disputes that where credited with the respective transaction. In order to maintain the original functionality of printing all disputes in a letter to allow for customization of the letter, we recommend setting up new events for the printing of letter for selective disputes.

 

 

Note: The Multi-dispute event type has to be used to credit the transactions in order to establish a link between the credit transaction give and the dispute being credited. Manual (i.e Partial) transactions are unable to establish a link between the transaction and the dispute being credited.

 

To obtain the selective dispute output, the letter will need to be marked with the new "Selective Disputes" option.
