1. Customer Liability Calculator

The original implementation of the Customer Liability calculator was replaced with a more detailed implementation via two different options. The new implementation is tied to an Event with a designated Event Type of either "CustLiabAccessDev" or "CustLiabACH".

The "CustLiabAccessDev" is applicable to standard Debit card type disputes, while "CustLiabACH" applies to any ACH type disputes.

Use of the respective event will trigger a new dialog to provide required additional information to determine the customer's liability. In order to properly calculate the customer's liability, the "Loss Discovered Date" and the "1st Statement Date" indicating the error need to be provided.

Selecting the "Calculate" function will perform the calculation of Institution vs. Customer Liability and detail the results in the dialog. Upon exit of the dialog, the Event description will reflect the summary result of the calculation.
