Starting in March of 2021, the release notes are combined for the application suite.  

 

1.Parameters can be set to automatically assign cases to a specific BackOffice user when importing a case into the BackOffice.

 

 Upon importing a case from the Branch Module into the BackOffice Module the user that imports the case will automatically have the case assigned to them.                

 

             Contact FinSer to have this feature initiated once this version is installed.
