The Permanent Credit (Any Amount) event provides the user with the convenience of generating multiple refund transactions as well as selecting the disputes to be refunded. Any dispute amount can be selected by the user for a straight refund.

 

 

By configuring a Multi-Dispute event with a threshold amount greater than $0.00, all disputes are pre-selected when the even is used. The user can then un-check any disputes that should not be refunded. The event is connected to the Permanent Credit transaction, which will generate the appropriate refund transactions for every selected dispute.
