FIXING THE ODBC PERMISSION ERROR AFTER MICROSOFT UPDATE.

3. Either at the higher level “ODBC.INI” or the individual ODBC connections RegE_Bank, RegE_Common and RegE_Documents, the AD users group for the RegE Backoffice users (typically RegEUsers) needs to have full control to configure those connections.
4. Apply and re-test.
