REVIEW & SAVE
The final screen is a review and allows the user to go back to other screens and edit the information if necessary before saving. Once Saved, the case is transmitted to the back office along with an email alert and the popup message that it was successfully saved is displayed.
If a case is not finished and you do not want the Backoffice to pull the case, you can place it on hold by selecting the box next to "Hold Case".
Once all requirements for creating a case have been satisfied, the case can be saved and delivered to the back office. An email will be generated to a designated recipient list of the back office that a new case was submitted. Once the case is accepted and taken over for processing, a acceptance email is send to the originator of the case.
A new message was added to warn the user that the entered dispute has not been saved when selecting the Exit button. This will prevent the user from accidentally exiting the case without saving the information and sending it to the Back Office.
